Accountant Technician - Wexford

ProSource are now seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant Technician to join a growing accounting firm in Wexford. This is a excellent opportunity for accounting professional who is looking to further their career. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Processing purchase and sales invoices. 
• Accounts payable and receivable management. 
• VAT, PAYE and payroll processing. 
• Preparing month end reports and journal entries. 
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers. 
• Assisting with tax returns and audit preparation.
• Supporting finance managers/accountants with ad hoc duties. 
• Using accounting software such as Sage or Bright. 

Required Qualifications: 

• ATI Qualification (Accounting Technicians Ireland) or equivalent. 
• 2-4 years experience in accounts, bookkeeping or finance roles. 
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills. 
• Experience with Sage, payroll systems or accounting software is often preferred.
