Site Supervisor (Sweden)

Introduction:
Seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee a critical data centre project in Sweden. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful execution and management of this project.

Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day on-site coordination, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction of the data centre. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing site activities and ensuring project objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they comply with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality control and compliance with engineering and safety standards.
• Monitor and enforce site safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety among on-site personnel.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to resolve any site-related issues and provide regular progress updates.
• Oversee material deliveries, inventory, and usage, ensuring efficient resource utilization and minimizing waste.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including reports, schedules, and incident logs.
• Interface with project stakeholders, including clients and engineers, to address concerns and ensure project alignment.
