Site Manager - Wicklow

ProSource are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of their client who are a reputable Building Contractor known for its expertise in delivering high-quality construction projects. They are currently seeking a Site Manager to join their team on the construction of a schools project in Wicklow.
  
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Oversee all aspects of the warehouse construction project, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that the project is executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers, to ensure project success.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and costs.
• Foster positive relationships with the project team and clients.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in commercial and warehouse projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
• Relevant construction qualifications and certifications.
