Site Manager | Renewables

Our client, a specialist in Renewable Energy, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of key projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with the highest safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills within both civil and electrical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate civil and electrical works, managing subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and health & safety documentation.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and workforce to optimise efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role, preferably within civil and electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of both civil engineering and electrical infrastructure works.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in construction.
• Full, clean driving licence.
