Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 DOE + Benefits

About the Opportunity:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong track record in delivering high-profile Residential, Commercial, and Educational developments across Ireland. With a growing pipeline of work and several large-scale projects underway, they are now looking to hire an experienced Senior Site Inspector to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded on-site.

The Role:
This is a key position where you’ll act as the client’s eyes and ears on site, ensuring works are delivered to design specification, regulatory compliance, and the highest standards of workmanship. You’ll be working across multiple project sites in the Greater Dublin Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, specifications, and health & safety requirements
• Liaise closely with design teams, contractors, and local authorities
• Maintain detailed site records and inspection reports
• Identify and address site issues in a proactive and solutions-focused manner
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a site-based role such as Site Inspector, Clerk of Works, or Quality Assurance
• Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction methodology
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in residential and commercial building projects
