Senior Roads Engineer - Kildare

ProSource are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Roads Engineer on behalf of a leading design consultancy, for a senior position in their Kildare office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of small infrastructure projects, or oversee specific components of larger schemes
• Develop geometric and 3D models, and mentor junior team members in modelling best practices
• Coordinate team tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure efficient project delivery
• Produce and review technical reports, drawings, and design documentation
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Attend client and project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Support continuous improvement and uphold our high standards of health, safety, and professionalism

Key Roles

• Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent subject
• 5+ years design consultancy experience
• Strong skills in Civil 3D, MX, or similar modelling software
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Full, clean driving licence
• Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland
