Responsibilities - Lead the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong relationships.
- Oversee project budgets, risk management, procurement strategies, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior team members, contributing to their development and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Represent the consultancy at stakeholder meetings, presentations, and key decision forums.
Requirements - Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years’ project management experience, ideally within a consultancy or client-side setting.
- Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations, contract administration, and project controls.
- Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects across various sectors.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Chartered status or working toward full accreditation (e.g., SCSI, RICS, PMI) is preferred.
Package - €95,000 and upwards depending on experience.
