Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and maintaining strong relationships.
• Oversee project budgets, risk management, procurement strategies, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior team members, contributing to their development and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Represent the consultancy at stakeholder meetings, presentations, and key decision forums.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years’ project management experience, ideally within a consultancy or client-side setting.
• Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations, contract administration, and project controls.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects across various sectors.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Chartered status or working toward full accreditation (e.g., SCSI, RICS, PMI) is preferred.

Package

• €95,000 and upwards depending on experience.
