Audit Manager

ProSource are delighted to be partnered with an International Audit, Tax and Advisory Firm seeking a Audit Manager to join their team in Dublin.

This role is in the privately owned business team, managing a portfolio of client with a turnover of between €10m and €250m. Clients will generally fall into one of the following sectors: tech, professional services, engineering, retail or distribution.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Partners, Directors and Managers.
2. Manage resources ensuring that client needs are met, and services are retained. 
3. Staff development (mentoring, training and supporting colleagues).
4. Supporting and advocating advisory projects (development of strategic plans, accounting for acquisitions, structure changes etc).
5. Development of strategic plans.
6. Cross department collaboration with Tax/ Advisory
7. Ensure targets for FCR, Net Fee Income, Cash Collection, Billings are achieved both on a personal and divisional level.
8. Ensuring that consistency of audit quality and approach is maintained.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant.
2. At least 5 years experience in a similar role (medium or Large practice environment).
3. Impeccable interpersonal skills.
4. People person, with excellent relationship management skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Critical thinker, with strong business acumen.
7. Enjoys working in a challenging and pressured environment, with tight deadlines.
8. Natural leader - provides guidance and support to others.
9. Team player.
10. Fantastic planning, organisational and attention to detail skills. 
11. Excellent technical skills.
