Quantity Surveyor

ProSource Group are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a specialist subcontractor based in West Cork. The selected candidate will be working on a variety of sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Data Centres and Manufacturing.
€55k - €70k on offer, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
• Degree qualified with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be commercially and contractually aware.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee change order procedures.
• Manage and administer subcontractor finances.
• Ensure timely procurement of subcontractors and specialized suppliers.
• Regularly update project financial records and payment claims.
• Prepare and finalize project accounts for approval.
• Assist the commercial team in securing new projects through tendering.
• Contribute to presentations and tender negotiations.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients.
