ProSource Group are seeking a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-respected and nationally recognised Mechanical Engineering Contractor. The company is one of Ireland’s leading providers of Mechanical Services across various sectors.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Conduct cost estimates and budget analysis for M&E construction projects.
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide regular financial reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Assess and manage risks related to cost and contracts.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and financial records.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 2-5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and construction processes.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
