Quantity Surveyor – Limerick
A well-established contractor with a strong and growing presence across the Limerick region is looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor on board. With 2–3 years of work already confirmed and a solid pipeline of further projects in the region, this is a genuine long-term opportunity — not a short-term contract.

If you're a QS looking for stability, strong project exposure, and a contractor that's genuinely busy in your own backyard, this is worth a look.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account
• Cost planning, budgeting, and procurement
• Preparation and agreement of interim valuations
• Contract administration and change management
• Subcontractor management and package letting
• Liaison with the project and site teams on commercial matters

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a QS role
• Background in residential, commercial, or civils projects
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Package

• Salary: €60,000 DOE
