What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing Financial Statements across a diverse portfolio of clients
• Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior staff, with opportunities to delegate and lead
• Building and managing strong client relationships, delivering a high standard of service
• Handling VAT and tax compliance, ensuring accurate Revenue reporting
• Providing advisory support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Advising clients on tax strategy and broader business matters
• Ensuring compliance with Irish accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Participating in audits (where relevant)
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Managing ad hoc client queries and providing ongoing support

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Irish accountancy practice (essential)
• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Strong working knowledge of Irish tax laws and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset with the confidence to work independently
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and cloud accounting platforms
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is an advantage.
