My clients are an established Accountancy Group with the main office in Dublin, Kildare and Meath and servicing client across Ireland.
They are seeking an experienced Accounts Technician/Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator to meet their needs.
Your Responsibilities will include: - Managing a client portfolio using a pro-active, problem-solving approach whilst prioritising your workload to meet required deadlines
- Preparation of accounts up to to the Trial Balance stage.
- Processing Payroll and attending to any client queries that arise.
- Submission of supporting documentation to revenue.
- Preparation of VAT, RCT, PAYE, VIES returns.
- General Bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Other adhoc duties as required.
- Strong Personal Tax experience and knowledge is essential.
You will have the following skills/experience. - Qualified Accounting Technician/ Part Qualified Accountant
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in a similar accounting position in an Irish accountancy practice.
- Excellent written/oral Communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good Character.
