Job Overview:

As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across multiple sectors, including conservation, education, healthcare, and domestic. You will collaborate with experienced architects and designers, contributing to the development of creative solutions that meet our clients' needs and enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept to completion.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
  • Research and integrate sustainable design principles into projects.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Contribute to project documentation and reports.
Project Types:
  1. Conservation: Work on the preservation and restoration of historical buildings, ensuring they retain their cultural significance while meeting modern standards.
  2. Education: Design innovative and functional educational facilities that provide inspiring learning environments for students and educators.
  3. Healthcare: Develop healthcare facilities that promote wellness and healing, incorporating the latest advancements in medical design and technology.
  4. Domestic: Create bespoke residential designs that reflect the unique needs and lifestyles of our clients, from single-family homes to multi-unit developments.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
