Overview: Seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager. This role offers a hybrid/remote working model, providing flexibility while contributing to high-profile engineering and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the engineering or infrastructure sectors.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid/remote working environment.
