Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing H&S policies and procedures in line with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Provide H&S inductions and ongoing training to site personnel.
- Support the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing reports and suggesting corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all H&S activities, including inspections, audits, and training records.
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, and contractors to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Ensure all H&S regulations are up-to-date and aligned with current industry best practices.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness across all project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills: - Degree or certification in Health & Safety or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably within the construction or specialist contracting sector.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full driving license required.
Package Includes: - Competitive salary of €40,000 - €50,000 per annum.
