Position Overview:

They are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Architectural Technologist to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and stimulating environment, working on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed construction drawings and plans.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development.
• Utilise CAD software and other design tools to produce accurate technical drawings and models.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions and decision-making.
• Support the project team in the coordination and management of project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the architectural field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
