ProSource Group are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer on behalf of a leading consultancy. This role will be based in Kilkenny City.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to: - Contribute towards the entire electrical design process
- Collaborate with project teams and provide technical guidance
- Create detailed electrical plans, specifications, and drawings
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations
- Work with cross-functional teams, including architects and project managers
- Integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize designs for efficiency
- Contribute to innovative solutions and improvements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff
To be successful in your application you will possess the following: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience with a focus on progressively more complex projects.
- Currently based in Ireland or EU & Irish experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for electrical design and analysis
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and handle evolving project requirements
