ProSource are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Advisor on behalf of our client who are Tier 1 Mian Building Contractor to ensure the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental protection across our construction projects.Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard identification to prevent accidents, injuries, and incidents on construction sites.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and subcontractors, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures, coordinating drills and exercises to ensure readiness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and violations, and work with project teams to implement corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety inspections, incidents, training, and safety-related documents.
- Promote a strong safety culture among all project stakeholders by fostering awareness, communication, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainable practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 5+ years experience.
- Ideally Pharma/industrial/DC previous projects
- Proven experience as an EHS Advisor in the construction industry, with a strong track record of promoting safety and environmental compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering training, conducting investigations, and preparing reports.
