Contracts Manager

ProSource Group are seeking a Contracts Manager for a growing Electrical Contractor in the Munster region. In this role you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing contracts related to Healthcare projects. Your expertise in this sector will be critical in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  
Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall management of contracts related to water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, specifications, and timelines.
• Oversee the negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts, working closely with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.
• Provide strategic guidance and support in the preparation of bids, tenders, and proposals for projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with contract requirements, managing variations and change orders effectively.
• Conduct contract reviews, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and maximize project profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive rapport throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitor project performance against contractual obligations, reporting on progress and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of contract terms and expectations.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in Contracts Management.
• Proven track record of managing contracts, bids, and negotiations related to water and wastewater projects.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements within this sector.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, cost control, and profitability within contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
