We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Civils Site Foreman to join a reputable civil engineering company working on projects within the Leinster region. As a vital member of our team, you'll oversee on-site operations, ensuring the smooth execution of various civil engineering projects.
Role:
The role of the Civils Site Foreman involves supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities, managing site teams, and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and timeline objectives. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve successful project outcomes.
  
Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
• Lead and manage site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed according to plans and standards.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with project management to update progress reports and contribute to project planning meetings.
