ProSource are recruiting a BIM Engineer to be based in Dublin City Centre on behalf of one of Irelands largest and most reputable M&E companies. This is a great opportunity to work on some large, long-term turnkey projects and to develop your career further.
  
Role: As a BIM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the client’s design and construction projects. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will utilize BIM technology to enhance project efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, contributing to the success of our expanding portfolio.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies to streamline project workflows.
  • Generate accurate 3D models and documentation to support design and construction phases.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct clash detection analysis and provide solutions to optimise coordination between various disciplines.
  • Produce detailed BIM models for construction sequencing and logistics planning.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, incorporating best practices into daily workflows.
  • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings to ensure effective communication between project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project life cycles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to BIM implementation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
