BIM Coordinator

ProSource Group are currently recruiting a BIM Coordinator on behalf of a Tier One Main Building Contractor to be based in Kerry to be working on a long-term project. €55,000 - €65,000 + Comprehensive benefits package DOE
  
Role: As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our project teams, supporting the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling processes. You will work closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure the successful integration of BIM technologies throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing project efficiency, collaboration, and overall success.
  
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plans.
• Generate and manage 3D models, ensuring accuracy and consistency in line with project requirements.
• Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts within the BIM model.
• Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools and processes.
• Review and validate BIM models for compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Act as a liaison between different disciplines to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM libraries and standards.

  
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator in the construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of industry BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with the latest BIM technologies and trends.
