A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a BIM Coordinator to join a forward-thinking and sustainability-focused engineering consultancy. This role plays a key part in advancing the company’s digital design capabilities, supporting the transition from 2D CAD to a fully BIM-centric project delivery model.
You will work closely with the BIM team, engineers, CAD technicians, and senior management to drive innovation, streamline processes, and ensure high-quality BIM output across a variety of impactful projects.


Salary: €55,000 - €60,000 DOE
  

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the shift from 2D AutoCAD to BIM-based workflows
  • Assist with the development of a BIM training programme and manage its implementation across all staff levels
  • Evaluate and improve existing BIM processes, templates, and workflows
  • Collaborate with project teams and external partners on BIM delivery
  • Create and maintain Revit models, ensuring project standards are met
  • Coordinate internal and external BIM teams and manage Revit MEP master models
  • Ensure BIM quality compliance, generate Navisworks models and clash detection reports
  • Contribute to project coordination meetings and help manage BIM deliverables
Your Profile
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001; familiarity with ISO 19650 is a plus
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Clear communicator and team player with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
  • Experience delivering BIM training or mentoring is an advantage
  • Ability to assess technical quality and suggest workflow improvements
  • Experience managing outsourced BIM resources preferred
