BIM Co-Ordinator

ProSource are seeking a BIM Co-Ordinator on behalf of their client, who are a growing consultancy based in Kildare working on a range of residential and industrial projects.

What's my role?

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across all design disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes using appropriate software.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate project models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project protocols.
• Facilitate collaboration between design teams, clients, and contractors.
• Contribute to improving BIM processes and workflows.

What do I need?

• 6+ years Irish consultancy experience
• Level 7 degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations, Building Control Legislation, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Civil 3D, and Revit, with the ability to create accurate technical drawings.
• Experience managing and leading engineering projects and BIM processes.
