ProSource Group are seeking an Assigned Certifier on behalf of a leading Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy in Dublin.

€45k - €60k plus package on offer.

The company are a leading Engineering consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled induvial to develop their career. With an increased workload with major clients, this consultancy has a vacancy in their team. These projects include industrial, residential, commercial & healthcare among others.
This consultancy has an excellent working relationship with various Building Control Authorities and offer remote, flexi-time and CPD among a range of benefits.

About the role:

• Oversee the BCAR completion procedure to ensure that all pertinent stator submissions are made.
• Get the necessary paperwork ready to be included in the tender documents.
• Monitoring the site to make sure building codes are being followed.
• Prepare submissions and fee suggestions.
• Create new client relationships and nurture current ones.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Solid understanding of the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations and the construction process.
• Leadership skills to plan, manage and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience working with partners, clients and design teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
