Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop detailed technical drawings and plans.
  • Produce accurate and comprehensive construction documents and specifications.
  • Assist in the planning and design phases of healthcare, education, residential, and commercial projects.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Use advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM technologies.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural technologist role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with projects in the healthcare, education, residential, and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
