They are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Dublin.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
- Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Ensure all designs comply with building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and provide technical support.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all architectural documents and drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural technologist role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes in Ireland.
- Excellent technical drawing and design skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating your technical skills and previous projects.
