Architectural & Engineering Technician

ProSource are seeking an experienced Architectural / Engineering Technician on behalf of their client, who are a growing consultancy based in Mayo working on a range of residential projects throughout Ireland and the UK.

What's my role?

• Creating technical drawings for residential projects with AutoCAD and Revit
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Revising and updating drawings in response to project feedback and changes.
• Coordinating design information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Organising and managing documentation of drawings and associated project files.
• Assisting project teams with the compilation of construction and post-construction data.

What do I need?

• 3+ years Irish consultancy experience
• Level 7 degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations, Building Control Legislation, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Civil 3D, and Revit, with the ability to create accurate technical drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes.
• Eligible to work in Ireland
