My client is a large construction sector company, based in Navan they are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the team.

You will be responsibilities will include:
  • Processing invoices and reconciling AR payments..
  • Dealing with supplier queries in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of supplier reconciliations.
  • PO number matching/ stock & Delivery confirmations.
  • Managing the process of weekly and monthly supplier payment runs.
  • Assist with the year-end external audit and internal audit.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other adhoc requests.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a similar role of at least 12 months or bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong time management and administration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and collaborately with across the business.
