Superintendent (Commercial Interiors)

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent with experience in mid-size commercial interior projects to join a well-regarded General Contractor. This position offers the chance to take charge of fast-track, high-quality interior build-outs valued between $1MM and $20MM. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily site operations on commercial interior projects averaging 25,000 SF.
• Create and manage project schedules, direct site logistics, and supervise subcontractors to meet aggressive 14–18 week timelines.
• Lead daily site coordination meetings, safety briefings, and toolbox talks to ensure compliance and team cohesion.
• Track key milestones, uphold high-quality standards, and troubleshoot on-site issues in real time.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and trade partners to maintain schedule and budget alignment.
• Maintain detailed field documentation—daily reports, RFIs, site photos, and safety logs—using Procore or similar tools.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA and internal safety requirements.
• Manage material logistics, schedule inspections, and oversee final closeout and punch list resolution.

To be successful in your application, you will have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably in commercial interiors.
• Proven track record delivering $1MM–$20MM fast-paced interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, field quality, and jobsite safety.
• Experience with Procore or equivalent construction management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and on-the-spot decision-making skills.
• OSHA 30 certification and additional safety credentials are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical specifications.
