Superintendent

Role Overview:
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded construction company based in New York, specializes in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. As their portfolio continues to expand, they are seeking a Superintendent to join their team and oversee the management of complex construction projects.

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and field staff on-site.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing any issues that may affect timelines.
• Ensure all work meets design specifications and industry standards through diligent quality control oversight.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site, ensuring full compliance with OSHA and local safety codes.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders on construction sites.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, safety protocols, and quality standards.
