Superintendent

Role Overview
Our client is a growing General Contractor delivering projects across New York City and Long Island, with a strong track record in commercial, residential, and mixed-use construction. They are seeking an experienced Superintendent (3+ years) to manage site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Overseeing all on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination and workforce management.
• Maintaining project schedules and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Enforcing safety standards and compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Reviewing drawings, plans, and specifications to anticipate and resolve field issues.
• Leading site meetings and liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Ensuring quality control throughout construction phases.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• 3+ years of superintendent experience with a GC.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site logistics.
• Knowledge of NYC & Long Island building codes and regulations.
• Experience with both ground-up and renovation projects is a plus.
• OSHA certification preferred.
