Senior Project Manager to take charge of ongoing construction projects in both locations. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex developments from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring success at every stage.
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to: - Take full ownership of construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget while meeting high standards of quality.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to drive performance and maintain a productive, cooperative job site environment.
- Act as the lead contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent updates and addressing changes or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Establish and manage detailed budgets and project timelines. Proactively track progress, anticipate issues, and resolve deviations to keep the project on target.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. Regularly assess site conditions to guarantee quality and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project activity, including schedules, budgets, reports, and change orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and current.
- Identify potential challenges early and implement effective solutions to minimize disruption and maintain project momentum.
To be successful in your application, you will possess the following: - A minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in construction project management, ideally within general contracting and large-scale developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A strong ability to lead diverse teams, encourage collaboration, and keep all stakeholders aligned toward project goals.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building systems, with experience across commercial and/or residential sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations across multiple parties.
- Demonstrated ability to assess challenges and apply practical, timely solutions throughout the construction process.
