Senior Project Manager

Role Overview
We are supporting a global construction consultancy seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of hospitality projects in New York City. This role will focus on managing complex hotel developments from early planning through construction and completion.

The position offers the opportunity to work directly with ownership groups, consultants, and contractors while overseeing high-profile hospitality projects in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership experience and a background delivering hotel or large commercial interior projects in the NYC market.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing the full lifecycle delivery of hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinating with ownership teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing consultant teams and ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned with project objectives.
• Leading project meetings, progress updates, and coordination discussions with project partners.
• Monitoring construction progress and resolving project issues related to scope, cost, and schedule.
• Supporting procurement strategies and contractor coordination during construction phases.
• Ensuring compliance with NYC building regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• 7+ years of project management experience within construction, consulting, or development environments.
• Experience delivering hospitality / hotel projects strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery in New York City environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including owners, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through construction completion.
