Role Overview

An established HVAC/mechanical contractor in Nassau County, Long Island, is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Drafter for an office-based role working on commercial HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce mechanical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Prepare HVAC, piping and ventilation layouts.
  • Review drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate drawings with project teams.
  • Update drawings to reflect design and site changes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of mechanical/HVAC drafting experience.
  • Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
  • Commercial mechanical construction experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, piping and ventilation.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $100,000–$120,000 DOE
  • Medical, dental, life insurance and 401(k).
  • Projects across NYC, Long Island and Westchester.
