Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are currently hiring a Project Manager to join a leading specialist subcontractor based in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects across the 5 boroughs, working closely with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple trades, schedules, and budgets simultaneously. A background in plumbing and fire prevention is advantageous but not required.

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating all phases of projects from pre-construction through completion
• Managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Communicating effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Overseeing site activities to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Preparing project reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor negotiations

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• At least 1 year of experience in construction project management
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of plumbing and fire prevention systems (beneficial, not required)
