Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a well-established general contracting firm with a strong reputation in commercial, industrial, and public-sector construction. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects—from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing ground-up and renovation projects, excellent team coordination skills, and a strong grasp of scheduling, cost control, and client relations.

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading project execution from planning to turnover, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met
• Coordinating architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflows
• Managing project budgets, contract compliance, and change order processes
• Maintaining project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and progress reports
• Conducting project meetings and communicating regularly with owners, consultants, and stakeholders
• Working with field teams and superintendents to monitor site progress and resolve issues
• Enforcing safety and quality control measures in coordination with site leadership

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects for a general contractor
• Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and project delivery methods
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification required
