Project Manager

Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist subcontractor for a Senior Project Manager to lead critical scopes on a flagship $100M+ mixed-use development in Miami, Florida.

This is a standout opportunity for a seasoned construction leader with a proven track record delivering complex, high-value projects. You’ll be responsible for full project lifecycle oversight—leading from the front in operations, coordination, and client management to ensure successful delivery of this high-profile build.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading full project execution from pre-construction through close-out
• Driving subcontractor coordination, schedule management, and site performance
• Monitoring project financials including budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
• Enforcing high standards of safety, quality, and code compliance
• Acting as the primary point of contact for client reps, GCs, and consultants
• Overseeing critical project documentation (RFIs, change orders, submittals)
• Proactively resolving site issues and maintaining productive relationships with trades
• Supporting procurement strategy, logistics, and workforce resource planning

To be successful in your application, you will have:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally within a subcontractor environment
• Demonstrated success managing $50M+ mixed-use or commercial developments
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience directing active, high-pressure job sites
• In-depth understanding of construction drawings, sequencing, and project controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other relevant project management tools
• Residing in or open to relocating to the Miami area
