Mechanical Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are working with a leading mechanical contractor based in Manhattan, NY, known for delivering high-quality HVAC and mechanical construction projects. With a strong track record across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, our client is committed to excellence, safety, and on-time delivery.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead mechanical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive efficient project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring all mechanical and HVAC systems align with project requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor installations, address challenges, and ensure quality and compliance.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or HVAC project management.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, with proven project delivery experience.
• Successful track record of managing complex projects, ideally in the NYC area.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
