Estimator

Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction efforts for their growing portfolio of NYC projects. This position suits someone who enjoys analytical work, subcontractor coordination, and helping shape project budgets.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Preparing cost estimates and bid proposals.
• Performing quantity take-offs and scope reviews.
• Soliciting and evaluating subcontractor pricing.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and addenda.
• Supporting senior staff during value engineering exercises.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• 1–4 years estimating experience with a GC or subcontractor.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with take-off/estimating platforms (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.).
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
