Assistant Superintendent

Role Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent eager to build a long-term career in construction management. Working under the Lead Superintendent, this role provides exposure to all phases of construction while ensuring site activities run smoothly.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Assisting with onsite coordination and subcontractor supervision.
• Updating daily logs, schedules, and safety reports.
• Supporting inspections, deliveries, and material tracking.
• Communicating with the Superintendent on field issues and progress.
• Ensuring work conforms to plans, specifications, and project requirements.

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following:

• 1–3 years of construction experience with a GC or subcontractor.
• Desire to learn field operations and grow into a Superintendent role.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• OSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 preferred.
