Role Overview The
Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support project delivery from buyout through closeout, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
Your main duties will include, but not be limited to: - Processing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinating material procurement and project schedules.
- Communicating with field teams and consultants.
- Maintaining documentation and updating project logs.
To be successful in your application, you will possess the following: - 1–3 years experience as an APM or Project Engineer.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Procore or similar PM platforms.
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
