Tax Expert / Director

ProSource Recruitment is exclusively hiring a Tax Director to join a prestigious South Dublin boutique tax practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, client-facing role with a clear career path to Partner.
We’re looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Private Client work, ideally from a Top 20 Tax/Accounting firm or a Legal Practice.

Your Expertise: You’ll be well-versed in:

• Cash extractions & hive-outs
• Sale of businesses / M&A
• Insertion of holding companies
• Corporate reorganisations
• Tax planning for inheritance, trusts, and private clients

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified and/or CTA
• Minimum 3+ years PQE experience, ideally in Private Client work within a Top 20 Accounting or Legal firm
• Strong leadership, client relationship, and strategic advisory skills
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Fluent English
