Corporate Tax - Dublin

My client are seeking proactive professionals to manage both compliance and advisory work for our clients while contributing to larger, multidisciplinary projects. This role emphasises building strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will also focus on leveraging technology to identify and develop opportunities for growth and mentor junior team members.


Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage client compliance and advisory engagements.
• Assist in delivering advice on larger or multidisciplinary advisory projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service.
• Liaise effectively with clients, Revenue Authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Foster internal relationships within the firm to strengthen networks and collaboration.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities for the firm using innovative technologies.
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong technical expertise with a desire for continuous development.
• Client-focused and commercially aware with a practical, business-driven approach.
• Proven experience managing a large compliance portfolio and delivering high-quality tax services.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork capabilities, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

• Project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to leverage professional networks and client relationships.

Qualifications

• AITI qualified with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Solid knowledge of Corporation Tax in Ireland or internationally.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• An accounting qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Recent experience in a professional practice environment, particularly in Assurance or Tax, is highly desirable.
